Here’s something I did in my career that I’m very proud of ‘The American Way’ graphic novels. And with the current climate of our country as heated as it is, I look at this cover I illustrated for the second book with a sense of irony: how poetic it comes across right now.

The series occurs in an alternate 1960s-70s America and racial tensions regarding their first black superhero. Written by the amazing John Ridley with art by yours truly, I present this because it’s not only a good read but also gives a testimony of how much Black Lives Matter.
